Mid 20th century. Agate, carnelian, shells, metal elements, glass beads on hair braids. Approx. cm. 17,5 width (6.88″) x cm. 6,4 high (2.51″); gr. 37,7 (1.32 oz.).
Before performing the dance of seduction (guedra), mauritanian women wear a frontal parure embellished with different amulets.
