Old African Currency – KIRDI – Nigeria / Northen Cameroon
Early 20th century. Cm. 58,5 high x 9,5 width (23.03 x 3.74 Inches); gr. 490,0 (17.28 oz.).
Rectangular-section iron bar worked into strips. Forged into the shape of an axe with big iron tips heat-soldered radially into the curved part and with the points rolled into spirals.
